Typozon was commissioned to create the poster image for “Capitales del Mundo/ Bogota”, ESPN was looking to create a timeless, iconic image that communicates each specific city and football, we were honoured to design the poster of Bogotá. football permeates every facet of these metropolis: from the social, cultural and artistic to the economic and humanistic. When people think about each city and soccer, we want them to reference these truly iconic images. These illustrations will serve as the creative template for a potential marketing campaign of the show. They may be used on print, TV and online. These works should feel as comfortable in a popular restaurant outside of La Bombonera (Buenos Aires) or a traditional bar in el Zocalo of Mexico City as in a three star restaurant in Barcelona or exhibited in the Museum of Modern Art.
