The illustrations of this project were based on texts, poems and stories of children members of “Bella Flor foundation”. The most important thing to highlight in this case was the informal way they chose to write the stories about neighborhoods, daily experiences and national realities.
TYPOZON made 6 illustrations of different stories and the rest of the book was illustrated by other great artists like: Jhon Joven, Maria Luisa Isasa, Leo Espinosa, Luisa Uribe and Diego Melo. Finally, the book design and Art direction was made by Francisco Villa and Diego Contreras.
The final piece is a perfect combination of words and graphics. The money collected by books sales will be designated to the “Bella Flor foundation”
Las ilustraciones de este proyecto se realizaron sobre la base de los textos, poemas y cuentos de niños que forman parte de la “Fundación Bella Flor”, lo más importante destacar es la manera informal que escogieron para escribir las historias de los barrios, las experiencias cotidianas y las realidades nacionales .
TYPOZON hizo 6 ilustraciones de diferentes historias y el resto del libro fue ilustrado por otros grandes artistas como: Jhon Joven, María Luisa Isasa, Leo Espinosa, Luisa Uribe y Diego Melo, y el diseño del libro y dirección de arte fue hecha por Francisco Villa y Diego Contreras.
La pieza final es una combinación perfecta de las palabras y los gráficos, los fondos recaudados con la venta del libro será destinada a la “Fundación Bella Flor”.
